Château Moulin de Tricot was founded in the 19th century by the Rey family and is located just 30 kilometers north of the city of Bordeaux. The family farms their five hectares of vines without the use of chemicals and encourages low yields via dense planting. The Rey family produces approximately 12,000 bottles per year of their Haut-Médoc. This cab-heavy wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and is then racked into small barrel (none of which is new) for one year before being assembled and bottled.
