Colombera & Garella Bramaterra 'Cascina Cottignano' 2015

This joint project between Cristiano Garella and Giacomo Colombera has become one of Alto Piemonte’s most well-known producers, producing wines across the Bramaterra DOC. The 2015 ‘Cascina Cottignano’ is a Nebbiolo dominant blend, rounded out with Croatina and Vespolina; perfumed and precise, with notes of strawberries, red roses, and wet earth, with a structured, grippy finish. A pleasure to drink, though screams for meat heavy dishes!
