Domaine Rene et Vincent Dauvissat Chablis 1er Cru 'Vaillons' 2016

When it comes to Chablis, Dauvissat is one of the best. Vincent and his father René farm 23 acres of Premier Cru and Grand Cru vines with meticulous attention, giving way to low yields and high quality. The 2015 ‘Les Vaillons’ is tightly wound, yet already shows deep complexity, with notes of white flowers, lemon, apple, chalk, and wet stone. Tense and tight, the wine will develop gorgeously over time, with an aging potential of 20+ years.
