Domaine Vacheron Sancerre 'Guignes Chevres' 2016

Domaine Vacheron is one of Sancerre’s most highly regarded estates, producing consistently delicious wines from layered, flinty soils. Fruit is farmed organically/biodynamically, hand-harvested, and fermented with indigenous yeasts. The 2016 ‘Guignes Chevres’ (meaning ‘Goat’s View’) is mineral-driven and chalky, with notes of pear and lemon. Will age for 10+ years.
