This velvety Merlot-dominant blend is loaded with ripe and juicy flavors of red fruits, blackberries, blueberry skin, tobacco, and cedar. The wine ages for 12 months in French oak barrels (50% new) followed by six months in tank. Drink with pulled pork, grilled steaks, or roasted veggies. Will also age gracefully over the next few years.
