Frederic Savart 'Mont Chretiens' Brut Champagne 2015

Formerly known as ‘Dame de Coeur,’ this thirst-quenching Brut Champagne comes from a small lieu-dit in the village of Ecueil.The wine is produced entirely from Chardonnay, although this village is generally better known for its Pinot Noir. This full-bodied and aromatic wine is loaded with flavors of lemon cream, white flower petals, pastry dough, and chalky citrus. This bottle is a real treat.
