This organic single-vineyard Tempranillo is cultivated at high elevations sites and is hand-harvested, destemmed, skin-macerated for three months, and vinified with native yeasts in steel/French oak. Notes of dark fruit, crushed violets, and crushed rocks dominate the wine's succulent and full-bodied palate. Serve with lamb chops, charcuterie boards, or Spanish-inspired tapas.
