Former Wind Gap winemaker Scott Schultz brings his winemaking talents to Jolie-Laide, a small production winery situated in the heart of Sebastopol, California. Fruit for the 2018 Pinot Gris comes from various sites across the North Coast, which is picked early, whole cluster soaked, and aged in neutral barrel. Aromatic notes of melon, apricot, and lime dominate the palate, leading to a highly herbal finish.
