Lenkey Tokaji Furmint 'Human' 2011

Chemical and herbicide free since 2005, Lenkey is a small, family-operated estate in the heart of Tokaj-Hegyalja, covering 15 parcels across eight different slopes. Yields are controlled and strict grape selection is implemented, with fruit fermented only with native yeasts. The 2011 ‘Human’ Tokaj is made of 100% Furmint, showing flavors of crisp apple, green tea, and ripe orchard fruit.
