Marie Courtin 'Resonance' Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut Champagne 2014

Located in the small village of Polisot within the Cote des Bars region, Marie Courton’s vineyards (owned by Dominique Moreau, estate named after her grandmother), benefit from warmer temperatures and Kimmeridgian limestone soils, creating ideal conditions for growing Pinot Noir. Fruit is grown biodynamically, with an emphasis on single varietal bottlings. ‘Resonance’ is a racy and round Blanc de Noirs, oozing with minerality and bright acidity.
