Hailing from the lieu-dit of Pargues, ideally situated between Montmains and Vosgros, this single-vineyard bottling of Chablis is insanely thirst-quenching, with bright acidity and rocky minerality. Vines are between 40 and 50 years old, giving way to concentrated, vibrant fruit. Perfect with salty shellfish and juicy chicken dishes.
