This laser-focused Nebbiolo comes from Roagna’s .24 hectare plot within its eponymous vineyard. Vines are organically farmed and over 50 years old. Juice macerates for 70-90 days and is aged for 4-6 years in oak casks. Notes of tobacco, orange peel, anise, dried red fruits, and rose petals dominate this savory yet satisfying palate. Pair with veal chops or earthy mushroom risotto.
