Wildmakers Proprietary Red 'Sabatico San Javier' Central Valley 2016

This organic/biodynamic blend of Cariñena and Garnacha comes from very old/dry-farmed vines (40-100 years) in the heart of the Maule Valley. Juicy notes of red and dark fruits, wildflowers, granite, black pepper, and sweet spice dominate the wine’s easy-drinking palate. This juice is one of our favorite natural finds of late. If you love natural reds from Beaujolais and/or Galicia, you’re going to love this bottle.
