Jean Foillard is a legendary pioneer of the natural wine movement. His family farms fourteen hectares with a non-interventionist mentality in the heart of Morgon, carrying on his unforgettable legacy within the region. Fruit for ‘Corcelette’ comes from an 80-year old parcel of vines, aged in a combination of barrel and foudre. Silky and concentrated, the wine oozes with notes of red fruit, earth, and floral undertones. A knockout!
