Fleurie native Yann Bertrand switched career paths to follow in his father’s winemaking footsteps. He’s learned his craft from the likes of Jean Foillard and Yvan Mtras, and now farms his nine hectares of old vine Gamay all organically, with some biodynamic principles implemented. ‘Cuvée du Chaos’ comes from 110-year-old vines and is carbonically macerated, leading to a fresh, textured, and insanely thirst-quenching red wine. Serve chilled!
