Gut Oggau Weinland Rot 'Josephine' 2015

Founded in 2007 by Stephanie and Eduard Tscheppe, this small-production winery located in the heart of Burgenland creates their ‘family’ of wines all biodynamically, with respect for the environment put first. ‘Josephine’ is a 50/50 blend of Roesler and Blaufrankisch, vinified in barrel and aged in oak for eight months. Notes of wild berries, earth, and peppery spice make this wine perfect with burgers or game.
