Ashes & Diamonds Proprietary Red 'Grand Vin No 1' Oak Knoll District 2015

Founded by Kashy Khaledi, Ashes & Diamond is a project build on collaboration, highlighting the region’s most influential voices. This vintage, winemaker Dan Petroski produced all wines from organically farmed fruit and attentive winemaking. ‘Grand Vin No. 1’ is a Merlot dominant (75%) blend from Oak Knoll, showing flavors of sappy red fruit, cedar, and pencil shavings.
