Domaine de la Chappe VdF Rose 'Thomas' 2017 - Magnum

Beginning in 2003, Vincent Thomas began taking over his father’s vines little by little, farming entirely organically and implementing a hands-off mentality in the cellar. The 2017 ‘Thomas’ rosé is extremely fresh and mineral-driven, with clean flavors of tart strawberry and raspberry coating the palate. Pair with fresh fish, roasted chicken, or various cheeses; as we always say-- nothing shows you care like showing up with a magnum!
