Bernard Baudry Chinon Rose 2018

Bernard Baudry founded his namesake estate back in 1975, starting with just two hectares of land in Cravant-les-Coteaux. Alongside his son Matthieu, the duo produces five different cuvées from organically farmed Cabernet Franc. Fruit for their rosé is hand-harvested, destemmed, and ferments with native yeasts, and ages in steel to preserve freshness. The final wine is perfumed and delicate, showing flavors of red fruit, soil, and flower petals.
