Envinate Canary Islands Tinto 'Taganan' 2020

Envinate is the brainchild of four dynamic oenology students with a shared passion for organic farming, natural vinification, and the salty, sea-influenced wine growing regions of Spain. This wine contains a blend of grapes, some of the unidentified and in the mix with Listan Negro, Listan Gaucho, Malvasia Negro. These old vines are located on the Atlantic Ocean and grow untrained. Hand-farmed, with native yeast fermentation, Tinto 'Taganan' has an old-fashioned ethos but tastes fresh, marine-inspired, and lively nonetheless.
