Lioco Pinot Noir 'Laguna' Sonoma Coast 2019

LIOCO has been at the forefront of the 'New California' wine movement for the past 15 years. The company creates minimalist bottles that show a serious sense of place. Owners Matt & Sara Licklider work with a variety of dry-farmed organic vineyards and emphasize the cultivation of old vines. ‘Laguna’ is hand-harvested, ferments with native yeast, and ages 8 months in oak. Notes of cranberry, wet stones, forest floor, and black tea dominate.
