Santini Collective Macon-Villages 2017

Our Franco-American friend Chris Santini is seriously shaking things up in Burgundy. After studying oenology in Burgundy and working in Kermit Lynch’s Beaune-based office (which he still does a few days per week), Chris began producing vin de soif wines from organically sourced fruit. This easy-drinking Chardonnay is as pure can be: clean, mineral-driven, and precise, marked by notes of pear, beeswax, and sweet spice.
