Thibaud Clerget is the 28th generation (!) winemaker at his family estate, which has been around since 1268. Prior to taking over for his father, Thibaud worked two apprenticeships at Henri Boillot and Domaine Hudelot-Noellat, two of Burgundy’s most highly regarded estates. Fruit for this rich yet balanced White Burg comes from a single-vineyard site in Meursault and is marked by flavors of lemon cream, juicy stone fruit, lemon oil, and baking spice.
