The Montecillo Vineyard is one of the oldest plantings of Cabernet Sauvignon in Sonoma County, planted by and still cared for by Chuy Ordaz since 1969. The deep-rooted vines produce small, concentrated berries — the finished wine is packed with dark fruit and has a balanced structure that will continue to thrive after years in the cellar.
