Founded ten years ago by Jeff Fischer, Habit Wines are produced in the heart of Santa Barbara County, focused on sustainable farming practices, terroir-driven fruit, and the elimination of herbicides. Fruit for the 2017 ‘Jurassic Park’ Chenin comes from a 35 year old vineyard, fermented + aged on its lees in a combination of French oak and steel. Flavors of lemon, stone fruit, white flowers, and mineral notes dominate. Super food friendly!
