The manifestation of friends Patrick Cappiello and Pax Mahle. The Monte Rio goal is simple: harvest grapes that are ripe, healthy, and balanced and leave out any additions or manipulations at the winery. We love that this one’s only got 12% abv. Whole-cluster press and fermented with indigenous yeast. This is pure Monte Rio.
