Béret et Compagnie is a négociant operation in the Loire Valley, working exclusively with organic/biodynamic farmers. Their mission is to help small, natural growers commercialize their products on a larger scale, as well as help convert conventional vineyards into natural, chemical-free farms. Chenin for this bright, zesty wine comes from the Coteaux du Layon area, ferments spontaneously, and ages 30 months in barrel. Delicious with apéro!
