Domaine de l’Ecu is one of the OG organic viticulturalists in the Loire Valley, farming their vines in such a way for over forty years. The estate has also pioneered bottling wines by soil types, in conjunction with extensive lees aging. The 2015 ‘Granite’ is aromatic and mineral-driven, with notes of yellow fruits, citrus, wet stone, and gun flint. Stunning with shellfish!
