The wine’s fruit-driven palate is loaded with flavors of fresh peaches, pear skin, lemon zest, and ginger. (Note: This wine is labeled VdF because the appellation board refused to acknowledge it as a ‘typical’ Aligoté from Burgundy. Its uniqueness makes us love it even more!)
