Jerome Bretaudeau works biodynamically and organically, certified in both, and we reflect on his farming the rocky soils of Muscadet as admirable. Don't mistake this one as quaffable. It's refreshing, sure, but its more than that. We love the texture and saline notes on this one. There's ample body for a satisfying mouthfeel.
