La Combe Grisard Gevrey-Chambertin 'La Justice' 2015

The first release from this domaine is crafted from two tons of hand harvested Pinot Noir from the bottom of La Justice. The wine incorporates 80% stem inclusion and is fermented only with native yeast. All barrels used for the cuvée are second and third year, allowing for just the right amount of well-balanced oak integration. The resulting wine is silky and pure, with flavors of mouth-filling red fruit and earthy undertones.
