Domaine Gasnier Chinon 'Les Graves' 2018

Fourth-generation Fabrice Gasnier farms his 25 hectares of vines organically and biodynamically, as well as implements hand-harvests and meticulous yield control. Vines average 45 years in age, which lead to concentrated wines balanced by racy acidity. ‘Les Graves’ comes from lower elevation soils near the Vienne River. This affordable ‘house red’ shows notes of red fruit and pepper, marked by fine tannins and zesty acidity.
