This 100% Sauvignon Blanc comes from vines located between Anjou and Tours, rooted in gravel and schist soils. Vinification is done in steel to preserve freshness and acidity, giving way to a juicy, citrus-driven wine, full of vivacious acidity and a crisp, lingering finish.
