Scribe Cabernet Sauvignon 'Atlas Peak' Napa 2017

Founded in 2007 by Andrew and Adam Mariani, Scribe Winery produces energetic and terroir-driven wines in the heart of the Sonoma Valley. Bottles are site-specific and are produced with a non-interventionist mentality in the cellar. Fruit for ‘Atlas Peak’ grows in red volcanic soils and is vinified in open-top steel tanks, followed by 21 months of aging in new and used oak. Notes of juicy black cherry, red currants, and clove dominate the palate.
