Founded in 1975, Stefano Massone’s estate now comprises ten hectares of organically farmed vines, dedicated to the local Cortese and Barbera varieties. Massone’s vines are located in the warmer, southeastern part of Gavi, allowing fruit to ripen to maximum potential. The 2018 ‘Masera’ is vinified entirely in steel, creating a wine noted with flavors of white flowers, citrus, apple, and herbs. Pair with fresh fish, salads, or cheese boards.
