Known for their mastering of ‘lieu-dit’ farming, Roulot is regarded as one of the finest producers in the entire Cote de Beaune. Founded in 1930, the winery has championed the soils of Meursault, cultivating wines of richness & precision. The 1999 ‘Les Tessons, Clos de Mon Plaisir’ is fragrant & fruit-forward, with notes of green apple, pear, and smoke. 18 months on the lees give a textured, intense mouthfeel, with a strong mineral presence.
