Thomas Santamaria is the 6th generation winemaker within his Oletta-based family, producing wines in the heart of Corsica’s prime viticultural zones. The estate has been certified organic since 2011, carrying out vinifications with a hands-off mentality. The 2016 Patrimonio Blanc is a varietal Vermentino, macerated on the skins for two hours. Mineral-driven, complex, and definitely age-worthy. A steal for the price!
