Giacomo Conterno Barolo 'Cerretta' 2018

Regarded as Piedmont’s greatest producer of Barolo, Giacomo Conterno founded the estate in the early 20th century, producing world class Nebbiolo from 16 hectares in Serralunga d’Alba. Back in 2008, Robert Conterno purchased two hectares of Nebbiolo vines in Serralunga’s renowned Cerretta cru, adding this gorgeous cuvée to the estate’s line up of world class wines. Over the last decade, demand for this small-production cuvée has skyrocketed, and it’s no surprise why. ‘Cerretta’ has been a gorgeous addition to the winery’s already knockout line up ever since.
