Fruit for this biodynamically-farmed Cinsault comes from Barossa Valley’s ‘Vine Vale’ growing region. Although frequently blended with darker, more boisterous grapes, this unique variety does insanely well on its own. Notes of crunchy red fruit, red cherries, hibiscus petals, and rose hips dominate the wine’s light-bodied and easy-drinking palate. Looking for a ‘chillable red’ that goes the limits?
