Bedrock Syrah North Coast California 2016

‘Simple is best’ is the mentality at Bedrock, with uninoculated fermentations, whole cluster inclusion, and zero additions implemented. Rich fruit and bright acidity balance one another out, giving way to refined, delicious wines. The 2016 Syrah incorporates 40% whole-clusters, co-fermented with 2% Viognier. The final wine is fleshy and meaty, full of pepper-driven notes of violets and dark fruit. Pair with anything and everything on the grill!
