Originally founded by monks, this 16th century estate is now headed by Matthieu Vallée, who produces his top-notch wines via organic and biodynamic practices. 'Folie' is a savory and mouthfilling Cabernet Franc produced with a minimalist mentality. We tasted the Yvonne 2018s before they landed and absolutely could not wait to get this juice on our shelves. The time has come and we couldn't be more pumped!
