Jean-Paul Jamet implements traditional techniques, including majority whole-cluster fermentation, vinification in stainless steel, and aging in large oak casks. The 2015 Cote Rotie is meaty and peppery, showing notes of black fruits, purple flowers, and licorice.. Concentrated and thick, with juicy acid and solid tannic structure.
