Longstanding pioneers of organic viticulture, now on their fifth generation, wines are characterized by balance & quality, with seamless fruit integration and fermentations executed with native yeasts. The 2015 CDP ‘Saintes Vierges’ is lush and supple, with notes of sappy cherry, dark fruit, and earth spice. Peppery & energetic, with integrated tannins.
