Faury Saint-Joseph VV 2017

Lionel Faury took over his family estate about ten years ago. His vines are located on the steep terraces of the Northern Rhone, scattered across some of its best appellations. Fruit is partially destemmed and meticulous attention to detail is used during vinification. The 2017 Saint-Joseph is dark-fruited and muscular, showing notes of black fruit, currants, and smoked meats. Chewy tannins and solid structure lead to a lasting finish.
