Isole e Olena Chianti Classico 2015

Created in the 1950s, Isole e Olena represents the joining of two Tuscan estates, purchased by the De Marchi family. Headed by third-generation, Paolo, the winery focuses on the rustic, fuller-bodied styles of Chianti, perfect for laying down in the cellar. The 2015 is bright and silky, showing clean notes of juicy cherries and wild herbs, giving way to a lingering, satisfying finish. Great with food, especially red pasta sauces.
