Rhone legends Jean-Pierre Monier and Phillipe Perreol combined forces nearly a decade ago to meet market demand for their sought-after Northern Rhone cuvées, creating pure, soil-driven, wines from biodynamically farmed fruit. The 2016 Saint-Joseph shows signature Syrah spice, balanced by earthy fruit flavors, with leather and meaty, mushroom undertones. Great with pizza, pasta, and red meats-- a great wine for the price!
