Rhone legends Jean-Pierre Monier and Phillipe Perreol combined forces nearly a decade ago to meet market demand for their sought-after Northern Rhone cuvées, creating pure, soil-driven, wines from biodynamically farmed fruit. ‘Les Serves’ is vat fermented and aged in oak, creating a wine noted with dark berry flavors, floral undertones, and a persistent minerality, with a meaty aftertaste.
