Monier Perreol St-Joseph 'Chatelet' 2015

This renowned Rhone collaboration between Jean-Pierre Monier and Phillippe Perreol began nearly 10 years ago; one decade and three labels later, the wines are as in-demand as they are delicious. ‘Chatelet’ comes from 15 year old Syrah vines on granitic soils, fermented in cement and aged in a combination of oak. Full bodied and dark fruited, with nuanced aromatics and savory, earth-driven undertones.
