Pax Syrah North Coast 2017

Launched in 2000, Pax and Pam Mahle created their namesake winery with the goal of highlighting the ‘untapped potential’ of Syrah in California. Their North Coast Syrah is fermented 100% whole-cluster, aged in concrete and oak. The final wine shows flavors of blackberry and pepper, noted with violet and olive undertones. Concentrated yet zippy, with a lingering finish. Pair with burgers or pizza!
