Aubert de Villaine, co-owner of world-renowned Domaine de la Romanée Conti, and his wife Pamela founded their namesake estate in the Côte Chalonnaise to highlight the often underlooked single-vineyard terroirs of this standout region. ‘Les Saint-Jacques’ is vinified in barrel, creating a textured and round wine full of white flower, stone fruit, and honeysuckle flavors.
